2. You can visit our office by appointment. Call us Free on 0800 130 3171 to arrange. Please note that we now have premises in Ware nr Hertford available to compliment our Harlow Essex location. 

3. If time is short you can drop your package into our office and we will quickly process, normally same day or guaranteed within 24 hours!

It is our current policy to charge a commission fee of 10% for Gold weighing up to 400 grams. For Gold weighing over 400 grams we charge a fee of only 5%. Please use our on-line calculator on this page as these percentages are automatically configured within the calculator so what you see in the value field is what you get! 2. How we pay
   
   We never carry cash with us but offer the very quick “same day 2 hour” internet transfer service (or the alternative of a cheque payment).    Commission - We don’t artificially inflate our prices but keep buying prices constantly high taking a small commission off every purchase we make. This allows us to keep our prices as high as possible for you the customer and allows for greater flexibility within the services we offer.

   • Drop in Service
     When time is short we find that customers like the convenience of dropping of their Gold into our Harlow office where a receipt and approx weight of Gold is provided by a receptionist. The Gold is then processed within 24 hours (often same day) and we can pay via 2 hour internet bank transfer. Our Harlow office is open from 08:30 – 18:00 Mon to Fri.
